Bravo's "Thintervention" with Jackie Warner is my latest TV obsession. Considering she doesn't appea to have ever had a weight problem, she really shows a lot of compassion to her clients in their struggle.
Her approach about weight loss and exercise are incredibly realistic, i.e., losing 1-2 pounds a week is a better guarantee that the weight will stay off. Unlike some of the other reality shows that encourage and reward the quicker weight lost the better (yes, I'm talking about you, "The Biggest Loser".)

Jackie suggests that high intesity, shorter workouts will make a more meaningful impact. I especially like some of the tips she shared in this video below. I'm going to incorporate every one of them and see if they will contribute to making it more effortless to losing a pound a week.
